We are education, aviation, technology, boating, marine and travel enthusiasts who have a total of 15 years experience in Indonesia in many different provinces.

Because we care about our environment here in Indonesia and how it will provide for future generations we decided to create this website.

In Indonesia we are very fortunate because we have a very diverse and colourful array of cultures and traditions which enriches us personally and also offers enormous potential for developing very strong tourism and research industries, and also the many other industries associated with them.

We also have a very extensive coastline dotted with thousands of islands each being individually different. It is this individuality which will ensure our success if we care for and manage our environment well. Strength In Diversity!

Being Environmentally Concerned is not just about caring for our environment, but being actively involved in ensuring the future and prosperity of our country long beyond any short-term benefits we may receive from exploiting our environment.

We firmly believe that by managing and caring for our environment will provide far greater benefits both financially and in terms of improving standards of living for our people, than any other attempts to compete in the global market.

Most Asian countries, for instance Singapore, that has no real natural resources, can compete successfully in any technological field that we may wish to enter.

Industry in most Asian countries is well advanced compared to industrial development in our country. We need to catch-up (a long way) before we can even consider competing.

We can compete successfully in the development of intelectual contributions through computer software development and other intelectual property development. But for how many people? How will these developments meet the immediate and short-term needs of tens of millions of people? Especially in remote areas.

However, through the development of our environment, and the promotion of the country's true and unique contribution to the world community, our rich cultures, beautiful coastlines, wonderful surfing and fishing environments, natural relaxing environments (Not 5 Star Hotels), we can become a major tourist destination for the world as well as an exciting environment for research, both internationally and nationally.

Because environmental development (restoration) can take place in all regions of the country simultaneously it has the potential to address our national poverty and welfare issues, without massive capital investment.

We are not a group of Greenies! Our concerns are for the best interests and future of Indonesia. The main thrust of this website will be to address conservation and restoration of our environment, but also to promote our industries that participate in and enjoy the benefits and prosperity from our environment. The industries and their need to sustain and develop the natural environments upon which they depend, I believe is the true solution to environmental sustainability and development.
